"My experience with resq is so bad, that I will not even buy any thing from the reliance digital too. After purchasing amc for ac, they will not provide any service to you. they will say it will take 24-48 hours and when you complaint their support team will say the same. and eventually they will complete the request on their own without doing any service. and they will say money cannot be refunded or we don't know the procedure for it."

They are spoiling the goodwill of reliance brand. Gave my laptop for repair 20 days back and unless i followup myself no one is bothered to update about the issues. They keep delaying the process."
